Backtagging: winters is an npc, so yes, i will tag stuff to its conclusion!
Threadjacking: i'm fine with it (esp in network posts), but please check with the other character(s) in the thread first.
Fourthwalling: winters is an oc, however he's from a firefly-based tabletop game and his pb is idris elba. feel free to recognize his "canon" or his face.
Triggers: nothing. go ham, though please cw tags/threads accordingly for other players that might be viewing the thread.

Physical affection: winters is fine with being touched in a platonic way, but he'll likely turn down anything beyond a hug (and he might be kinda ??? about hugs unless you got that social link). oocly, you're free to try whatever!
Relationships: winters is married (or was while he was alive) and still loves his wife. he's bisexual, but he likely won't be receptive to flirting or courting... but i mean, you're welcome to try.
Physical violence: icly, winters will not be cool with this! go figure. he's got quite a bit of combat experience, so results may vary. oocly, you're free to try! if you plan to do anything to him that would result in serious injury, pm/pp me so we can hash it out, but i'll probably let you do it.
Killing: as with injuring him, you're certainly free to try, though let's hash out the details oocly first. but, yes, you are free to attempt to kill my npc. good luck!
Mindreading: normally i'd say go off queen, but since winters is an npc, this could get tricky. if you want to try to read his mind, let me know and we'll talk!
IC triggers: he's quite put-off by racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, classism... any sort of bigotry, really. other than that, he has no real triggers that will send him into a spiral or anything like that, and oocly, feel free to come at him with anything so long as you're prepared for the consequences. feel free to hmu ahead of time to hash things out, if you prefer!
